What is your shipping policy?
Pouchie Pals is committed to shipping your order as soon as possible. Orders are filled in order of receipt. Shipping times vary seasonally.
Internet orders are usually processed within 2-3 days. Shipping time will depend on the shipping destination.
- Each delivery location is considered a separate order
- Shipments are done on business days: Monday – Friday
- Shipments are not done on statutory holidays
All standard shipping is done through USPS. Expedited shipping options are available through other carriers including FEDEX.

When will my order ship and what are the shipping charges?
We want to help soothe little ones as quickly as possible. Shipping & handling is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. After payment is received, your order should ship within 2-3 days.
Has my order shipped?
Most orders ship out within two days after they are received. Orders shipped within the U.S. take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. Shipments outside the United States generally take 12-14 business days to but sometimes it takes longer to go through Customs. Thank you so much for your order!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world since children everywhere can use Soothing in a Single Snuggle with Pouchie Pals! Select “outside the US” under shipping options on the checkout page.
Do you accept returns?
We always want our customers to feel completely satisfied and soothed. Nothing is more important to us that providing safe, soothing high quality products. Although, we currently don’t accept returns, if for some reason you are unhappy with your Pouchie Pals please contact customer service at email@example.com.
